Modular homes / Online configurator Dragon sells turnkey modular homes, with a fixed price in the contract and assembly on the plot in 1–2 days. The website has to answer the two questions customers ask first: what does the house look like and how much does it cost. So next to the catalogue of ready models there is a configurator in which the gross price updates with every change, without creating an account or leaving a phone number.

Overview
The key promises on the first screen, a shortcut to the configurator, the model catalogue and a comparison with traditional building.

All models with price, floor area and number of rooms, with type filters and sorting.

Gallery, gross price, dimensions, description and a list of what is included. Every house is filled in from ACF fields.

Six steps from floor area to flooring, with a summary and a price that follows the customer around the site.

Photos and videos of homes already standing, in one gallery.

Two phone numbers, an e-mail address and a short form with a confirmation sent to the customer.

Features
The customer picks the size of the house, terrace, number of bedrooms, wall thickness, heating, facade and flooring. The floor plan changes with the layout and the gross price updates after every click. At the end, one button sends the configuration and the customer receives a summary by e-mail.

Facades and floors are chosen from thumbnails of real finishes, not from a list of names. The site shows only the options available for the chosen version of the house and says straight away what is included and what costs extra.

Each model is an entry with fields: price, floor area, rooms, dimensions, gallery and equipment list. The owner adds a new house without touching code, and the model page, offer cards and similar-homes section build themselves.
