Veterinary practice website / visit booking form Equi Sante is a mobile equine vet practice from Gostyń. The vets drive to the stable with X-ray, ultrasound and an endoscope, and in emergencies they answer the phone around the clock. The site had to handle two very different situations: calmly booking a preventive visit, and panic when a horse has colic at two in the morning. That is why the 24/7 emergency number is visible everywhere, while regular visits are booked with a simple form.

Features
The emergency number sits in the header, in the first screen and in the bar on mobile. A horse owner in an emergency does not have to look for anything, just taps once to call.
Instead of an empty message box there are ready options: type of visit, number of horses, symptoms, preferred date and time of day, stable address. The vet calls back already knowing the case, and requests also land in the Webs Butler client panel.
Titles, descriptions and business data prepared for searches like "equine vet Gostyń" and "mobile equine vet". The site says clearly where the team travels, because that is every owner's first question.
